We take reasonable care to describe our products, colours, textures and ingredients accurately. Product colours may appear slightly different in real life depending on your screen. All products are intended for external cosmetic use on the lips or as described on the product page.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned once sold. If your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us — every case is reviewed individually. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please read the ingredient list on each product page carefully before use. If you are prone to allergies or sensitivities we recommend a patch test on the inside of your wrist 24 hours before use. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice.
The Lunnaré name, logo, product designs, photography and website content are our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
We do our best to give you a great shopping experience, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the English courts.
